Returns

All purchases from Fluffy Wuffy have a maximum of 30 days from the day of purchase to be eligible for refund.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, and the item must be unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of transactions are exempt from being returned. 

  • Gift cards
  • Custom made items, made specifically for a request by the customer
  • Any merchandise gifted from Fluffy Wuffy including raffle winner packages and Giveaway items.
  • Winner packages or gift packages that get returned to sender for any reason
  •  

How we process returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. And approved exchanges get sent a replacement package with  delivery confirmation. We will email you with confirmation of shipping.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@fluffwuffy.com.  Be sure to include your full name as you entered it on the original order, order number and any other information that can help us locate this transaction and assist you better.

Expedited shipping refunded items:

Items purchased with an expedited shipping method are eligible for refund of the original purchase price only. Expedited shipping fee is not refundable.

Exchanges

You have 45 days from the day of purchase to exchange an item. Packages received after 45 day are not eligible for exchange and no replacement will be sent.  

To request an exchange:

1) The item must be returned within 45 days from the day of purchase

2) Email us to help@fluffywuffy.com to check if we have your desired replacement item in stock

3) Send item to: Fluffy Wuffy/Northstar Fur PO Box 77824 Stockton CA 95267. Include the original receipt (proof of purchase) and complete the return/exchange questionnaire at the bottom of your receipt.

Custom orders, Gifts from Fluffy Wuffy, and Giveaway winner packages are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping return fees

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.  If eligible for refund, we will refund the original purchase price and the original shipping fee. However the cost to return the package to Fluffy Wuffy is the responsibility of the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Always request trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
